The magic of portability lies in the user data folder. By default, Toolbag stores configurations here: C:\Users\[YourUsername]\AppData\Local\Marmoset\Toolbag 5

Copy this entire folder to your external drive. Create a batch file ( .bat ) that launches Toolbag.exe with a redirected user data path using a symbolic link or environment variable. Example script:
